He is committed to developing players’ skills, confidence, discipline, and understanding of the game. With a strong focus on teamwork, effort, and player growth, Coach Thomas creates a positive and competitive environment where athletes can improve and reach their potential both on and off the court
Coach Jacob is a committed and professional coach for Spectres Basketball, leading the U14 Division 1 Junior team. He focuses on helping young athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and discipline. Through a positive and structured coaching approach, Coach Jacob creates an environment where players can develop their skills, compete with effort, and grow both as basketball players and individuals.
